This position reports to Director, Digital Portfolio Strategy & Execution and is based at one of the Kenvue office locations in Bangalore/India or Prague.

Role reports to: Director, Digital Portfolio Strategy & Execution

Location: Rotkreuz. Switzerland or Bangalore, India

What you will do 

As Digital Transformation Program Manager, you will lead critical initiatives aimed at digitally transforming our supply chain capabilities. This role is pivotal in driving digital and data-driven improvements across Operation areas including cross functional initiatives and performance management.

 Key Responsibilities 

 Project manage and lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of large-scale supply chain transformation programs. 

  • Define program scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements in collaboration with stakeholders. Focus on Digital Capability alignment, cross-project dependencies, risk escalation, and interdependent stakeholder communication.
  • Drive the integration of data and digital technologies into relevant business processes, in close collaboration with capability owners, product owners and SMEs. 
  • Manage cross-functional project teams, including internal resources, external consultants, and system integrators. This includes experience managing agile teams, working closely with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and development teams. Provides strategic guidance, resolves escalations, and aligns project priorities.
  • Define project and program scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements in collaboration with stakeholders across Quality. 
  • Manage cross-functional project teams, including internal resources, contractors, consultants, and system integrators. This includes experience managing agile teams, working closely with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and development teams
  • Play a hands-on role as a project manager as needed in the program
  • Ensure execution excellence across all relevant areas in all projects within the program
  • Identify and mitigate program risks and issues, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure program success and the impact of transformations on supply chain performance.
  • Communicate program progress, challenges, and outcomes effectively to senior leadership and stakeholders.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making within the team
  • Perform other PMO tasks as relevant according to the need of business unit

What We Are Looking For 

Required Qualifications 

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Project Management, Information Technology, or a related field. MBA or Master's degree is a plus.
  • At least 10-12 years of experience managing complex, multi-year digital projects and programs
  • At least 7-10 years of experience managing data and digital initiatives within a supply chain function
  • At least one industry-recognized project / program management certification (e.g., PMP, Prince 2, PMI-ACP, CSM, PSM, SAFe SA, etc.)
  • Demonstrated business experience and knowledge of supply chain functions, as well as in-depth familiarity with data, including data sources and attributes, KPIs, and related analytics
  • In-depth knowledge and practical experience with supply chain 
  • Excellent project/program management skills, including planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure.
  • Experience with agile project management methodologies 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand business and technical functions 
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams in a matrixed organization.
  • Highly proactive and motivated professional with a strong willingness to think outside of the box.

Desired Qualifications 

  • Masters degree or PhD in a relevant field
  • In-depth understanding of the digital landscape and digital transformation concepts 
  • Prior experience leading a diverse and geographically dispersed team 
  • Strong CPG industry knowledge and business acumen 
  • Experience working in a global, complex organization spanning multiple business functions.
