Fully OnsiteWhat you will do
As the Digital Product Lead, NA E2E Analytics, you will be a leader supporting the Supply Chain function in North America, executing the Analytics roadmap for Consumer Health and the development and deployment of business intelligence and advanced analytics capabilities in support of business priorities and long-term strategies. You will bring an E2E view to Deliver by delivering advanced analytics capabilities for the NA region.
Responsibilities:
- Implement E2E analytics capabilities which provide insights and allow the organization to make informed business and financial decisions through strategic planning, change management, and influencing.
- Execute the NA Analytics roadmap inclusive of capabilities aligned to strategic priorities, data and technology strategies, analytics talent strategy, and emerging digital technologies.
- You will support prioritization for resources and funding to implement analytics capabilities.
- Collaborate with key business leaders within and outside Deliver, and drive actions to meet stakeholder needs via the execution of analytics capabilities.
- Contribute to continuous improvement processes by regularly developing, testing and applying practical, innovative solutions and methodologies to Deliver and E2E problems.
- Provide analyses and business insights for projects and strategic initiatives within Deliver and develop partnerships to enable effective implementation of these initiatives.
- Ensure the team develops and maintains in-depth knowledge of analytics tools, cross-sector business processes and data relationships encompassing logistics process.
- Benchmark and research best industry practices and emerging technologies.
The Ideal candidate will be:
Qualifications:
- Minimum of Bachelors degree is required; degree or focused degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Logistics, Operations Management, Operations, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience
- People influencing (inclusive of developing, mentoring and coaching) experience.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of the end-to-end supply chain.
- Experience developing and implementing an analytics capability
- Demonstrated experience partnering with and influencing business partners and key stakeholders
- Ability to develop innovative methodologies and solutions to difficult logistics problems and projects.
- Product Management proficiency.
- Proficiency with data visualization software (e.g. PowerBI), querying (SQL) and coding (Python).
- Proficiency with Databricks.
- Advanced proficiency of various Data & Analytics tools, with demonstrated results in optimizing business processes.
- Up to 15% domestic travel
Preferred:
- Experience in Logistics / Supply Chain or a related fieldExperience leading a team focused on analytics capabilities or outcomes
