What you will do

The Digital Quality Engineer is responsible for translating business needs into technical specifications, supporting the design and build of digital solutions and ensuring fit for purpose solutions are deployed and available to the regional quality & compliance organization to deliver value. This role will collaborate with cross-functional teams including Quality and Compliance, Data & Analytics team (D&A) and IT to support the agile delivery of high-quality and sustainable digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement regional digital solutions in alignment with industry standards and regulations

  • Build digital solutions where regional/global solutions do not exist but ensure aligned to digital strategy (i.e. not duplicating existing work)

  • Conduct thorough testing of developed solutions prior to go live and generate UAT scripts

  • Translate business requirements/needs into technical specifications

  • Develop sustainable digital initiatives to enhance product quality, reduce cycle time, and optimize quality & compliance processes

  • Generate control documentation and ensure compliance with product development standards at Kenvue

  • Support in training / awareness for end users on the tools available

  • Provide support to requestors/end users on digital tools

  • Action feedback as agreed in Digital Steerco for continuous improvement of tools

  • Provide support for technology transfer and improvement of existing quality system

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital quality assurance and compliance

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Engineering or related technical field

  • 2-4 years of relevant quality engineering experience

  • Experience in data modelling or data analyses, data visualization Power BI, Advanced Excel skills

  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
