What you will do
As Digital Shelf Manager, you will drive Kenvue’s e-Retail strategy and content excellence across Nordic e-commerce partners. You’ll manage the activation, performance, and digital shelf optimization of our portfolio across managed e-Retail customers and online marketplaces, ensuring best-in-class digital presence, optimized assortments, commercial execution and data-driven performance management.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the work with the aim of ensuring a best-in-class online content driving online sales performance.
Oversee daily management of key e-commerce accounts, ensuring flawless activation and alignment with brand priorities.
Collaborate with Brand Activation, RGM and Category teams to optimize online pricing, promotion and assortment strategies.
Partner with key e-commerce customers on joint business plans and promotional calendars.
Ensure digital shelf excellence, maintaining best-in-class product content, images and SEO optimization.
Monitor key performance indicators (traffic, conversion, share of search) and identify actions to improve performance.
Manage e-Retail campaigns and coordinate with agencies and cross-functional teams to maximize online ROI.
Champion digital-first thinking across the commercial organization and share best practices across Nordic markets.
Ensure alignment with regional and UK hub teams to adapt global eCommerce strategies for local execution.
Stay ahead of market trends and e-Retail innovations to identify new growth opportunities.
Drive internal capability building for digital commerce excellence.
Required Qualifications
Experience in eCommerce account management, digital marketing or trade marketing within FMCG or consumer health.
Strong understanding of e-Retail platforms, marketplaces and content optimization principles.
Excellent analytical and commercial skills with a focus on performance metrics and ROI.
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence without direct authority.
Fluent in English; proficiency in a Nordic language is an advantage.
Desired Qualifications
Experience with Nordic e-Retailers such as Adlibris, Lyko, Apotea, or Amazon.
Knowledge of digital analytics tools and content management systems.
Strong project management and communication skills.
Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
