What you will do
As Digital Translator-Smart Operations, you will support critical initiatives aimed at elimination of flow blockers and digitally transforming our supply chain under our Smart Operations strategy.

Key Responsibilities
Support the planning, execution, and successful delivery of supply chain Minimum Viable Products in Smart Operations.
Support the Ideation of MVP scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements in collaboration with stakeholders.
Focus on Digital Capability alignment, cross-project dependencies, risk escalation, and interdependent stakeholder communication.
Support cross-functional project teams, including internal resources, external consultants, and system integrators.
Identify and mitigate program risks and issues, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
Ensure proper training and onboarding on MVPs along with its adoption.
Support key performance indicators (KPIs) monitoring and measurement to measure program success and the impact of transformations on supply chain performance.
What We Are Looking For
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Project Management, Information Technology, or a related field. MBA or Master's degree is a plus.
· At least 3-7 years of supply chain experience in digital, Make/Planning/Deliver etc.
· Excellent project management skills, including planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand business and technical functions
· Ability to explain technical topics to non-technical stakeholders
· Strong presentation and Stakeholder management skills
Desired Qualifications
· Master’s degree in supply chain
· Experience in deploying digital initiatives
· Exposure to digital transformation projects
· Strong CPG industry knowledge and business acumen
· Experience with AI implementation
· Data-driven decision-making background
