What you will do

Travel %: up to 10%

 

What you will do 

As Digital Translator-Smart Operations, you will support critical initiatives aimed at elimination of flow blockers and digitally transforming our supply chain under our Smart Operations strategy.

Key Responsibilities

 

• Support the planning, execution, and successful delivery of supply chain Minimum Viable Products in Smart Operations.

• Support the Ideation of MVP scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements in collaboration with stakeholders.

• Focus on Digital Capability alignment, cross-project dependencies, risk escalation, and interdependent stakeholder communication.

• Support cross-functional project teams, including internal resources, external consultants, and system integrators.

• Identify and mitigate program risks and issues, implementing corrective actions as necessary.

• Ensure proper training and onboarding on MVPs along with its adoption.

• Support key performance indicators (KPIs) monitoring and measurement to measure program success and the impact of transformations on supply chain performance.

 

What We Are Looking For

Required Qualifications

 

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Project Management, Information Technology, or a related field. MBA or Master's degree is a plus.

·       At least 3-7 years of supply chain experience in digital, Make/Planning/Deliver etc.

·       Excellent project management skills, including planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure.

·       Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand business and technical functions

·       Ability to explain technical topics to non-technical stakeholders

·       Strong presentation and Stakeholder management skills

 

 

Desired Qualifications

·       Master’s degree in supply chain

·       Experience in deploying digital initiatives

·       Exposure to digital transformation projects

·       Strong CPG industry knowledge and business acumen

·       Experience with AI implementation

·       Data-driven decision-making background

·       Change management Understanding
