What you will do

Job Summary 

The Change & Engagement Leader in Quality will be responsible for driving change initiatives within the Quality function, ensuring that the organization adapts effectively to new quality processes, standards, and compliance requirements. This role focuses on enabling teams to embrace quality improvements, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and ensuring that change management principles are effectively integrated into quality practices. The Change & Enablement Leader will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create an environment that supports quality objectives and enhances operational excellence. 

Key Responsibilities 

Change Management Strategy 

o    Develop and implement a comprehensive change management strategy specific to quality initiatives. 

o    Identify and assess the impact of quality changes on processes, teams, and stakeholders. 

o    Design and facilitate change management plans that include communication, training, and support mechanisms. 

Stakeholder Engagement 

o    Collaborate with quality leaders and cross-functional teams to identify change needs and opportunities for improvement. 

o    Engage stakeholders at all levels to ensure buy-in and support for quality initiatives. 

o    Act as a liaison between quality teams and other departments to align goals and address concerns. 

Continuous Improvement Culture 

o    Champion a culture of continuous improvement within the organization by promoting quality best practices. 

o    Encourage and facilitate the sharing of ideas and feedback to enhance quality processes. 

o    Lead initiatives that recognize and reward employees for their contributions to quality improvements. 

Monitoring and Reporting 

o    Establish metrics and KPIs to assess the effectiveness of change initiatives and engagement programs. 

o    Monitor progress and gather feedback to refine change management strategies and training offerings. 

o    Prepare and present reports to senior management on change management efforts and their impact on quality performance. 

External Insights and Trends 

o    Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes that impact quality management. 

o    Integrate external insights into change and engagement strategies to ensure relevance and effectiveness. 

Qualifications 

·         Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred). 

·         Minimum of 10 years of experience in change management, quality assurance, or operations management. 

·         Prosci Certification in change management is required. 

·         Strong knowledge of quality management principles and methodologies (e.g., ISO 9001, Six Sigma, Lean). 

·         Proven experience in leading change & engagement initiatives.  

·         Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to drive results. 

·         Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage and influence stakeholders.

·         Strategic thinker with the ability to align change initiatives with organizational goals. 

·         Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams in a dynamic environment. 

·         Strong facilitation skills to conduct workshops and training sessions. 

·         Proactive approach to identifying and addressing change-related challenges. 

·         Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively. 

What’s in it for you

Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges:

$183,175.00 - $258,600.00

This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate’s skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.
