The Director, Customer Strategy and Channel Activation – Oral Care is responsible for defining and directing the sales strategy of the organization, creating opportunities, evaluating investment decisions, and building strong relationships with key leaders and partners:
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute innovative customer strategies to drive channel activation and engagement
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver impactful customer experiences
- Utilize data-driven insights to optimize channel performance and customer interactions
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align customer strategy with business objectives
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance customer strategy
- Develop and execute innovative customer strategy and channel activation plans in alignment with organizational goals
- Lead the identification of market opportunities and differentiation strategies to drive sales efficiency
- Analyze and optimize investment decisions to maximize sales strategy effectiveness and influence P&L performance
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to build strong relationships and drive business growth
- Support strategic retailer partnerships through added value joint business planning
- Provide mentorship and guidance to the management team to enhance their leadership skills
What we are looking for
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in customer strategy and channel activation or related field
- University/Bachelors Degree or Equivalent in Business or related field
- Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing customer strategies
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive insights
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in the Consumer-Packaged Goods industry is highly preferred
- Demonstrated ability to work in cross-market or international environments
- Strong financial acumen with expertise in business planning, budgeting, and P&L analysis
- Strategic thinker with exceptional attention to detail and communication skills
- Ability to influence and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Proficiency in utilizing technology to drive competitive advantage
- Adaptability and resilience in navigating unstructured and ambiguous business environments
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities to effectively collaborate with cross-functional team
The role is based at Summit, NJ or a Kenvue customer field office. Remote work options may be considered on a case-by-case basis and if approved by the company.
