What you will do

The Director, US Skin Health HCP Activation is responsible for leading the end-to-end execution and performance of HCP sales and marketing across the Skin Health portfolio. This role focuses on activation excellence and go-to-market execution to drive accelerated HCP recommendation (AWRs), adoption, as drivers behind commercial growth. The role partners closely with Upstream HCP team, R&D, Medical Affairs, Professional Affairs and Global & local Brand teams to ensure that scientific innovation is delivered through compelling, field-ready engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

HCP Activation & Go-to-Market Leadership 

  • Lead HCP activation strategy aligned to commercial priorities, where applicable

  • Drive end-to-end execution of launches, campaigns, and engagement programs 

  • Ensure consistent, science-led messaging across all touchpoints 

  • Deliver executional excellence across field, paid media, owned digital, and congress channels 

Sales Force Leadership & Field Enablement 

  • Lead partnership with CSO leadership to drive field execution 

  • Oversee and direct field tools, selling materials, and training programs 

  • Establish clear operating models and governance in partnership with Sales Operations 

  • Implement field feedback loops and continuous optimization 

  • Support sales team execution, equipping  through storytelling and enablement 

Scientific Communication & Engagement 

  • Partner with Upstream HCP team to adapt education and sales aid materials across HCP channels. Develop locally needed materials as needed 

  • Partner with Medical Affairs to ensure compliant engagement with HCPs 

  • Partner with Professional Relations to elevate KOL and advisory engagements 

Organizational Leadership 

  • Lead and develop high-performing HCP activation teams- across sales & marketing) 

  • Establish structure, processes, and ways of working 

  • Drive accountability and collaboration within team and across partners 

  • Coach and develop talent 

Performance Management 

  • Own activation KPIs and business impact 

  • Track performance and optimize execution 

  • Manage budgets and ensure healthy ROI 

  • Translate HCP insights into action 

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications 

  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is required; advanced degree preferred 

  • 10–12+ years in HCP marketing, activation, and sales leadership/enablement 

  • Experience leading sales force activation 

  • Strong cross-functional leadership 

  • Strong analytical capability

Desired Qualifications 

  • Expertise in HCP activation strategy

  • Strong stakeholder influence skills

  • Experience in omnichannel activation

  • Track record of building strong teams

What’s in it for you

Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges:

$190,825.00 - $269,400.00

This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate’s skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.
