営業統括本部セールスストラテジー＆オペレーション、ショッパーストラテジー＆インサイト

ポジションサマリー

会社およびブランド成長を実現していくために、より消費者起点での視座とデータ分析、そしてそれに基づいたブランド/チャネル/アカウント戦略が重要になっています。その元となるデータの抽出作業やとりまとめ、またレポート配信などのサポートを実施し、チーム全体の業務効率化に貢献いただきます。

業務内容

■データマネジメントプロジェクトのサポート                                     

  • チーム内で分業している各アカウントでのPOSデータの抽出作業とデータとりまとめの実施                                 
  • チームで進めているデータ一元化（市場データ/POS/SI/SO）プロジェクトを作業オペレーションの観点からサポート                                                                

■ 配信レポート/帳票のとりまとめなどの業務効率改善プロジェクトの実施     

  • チームで分業しているレポートや帳票の管理の一元化及び配信サポート     
  • 他の営業チームやマーケティングチームとの連携に基づいたチーム内のTP/CP (Trade Promotion/Consumer Promotion)の予算管理       
  • 購買システムでの申請手続きや押印申請などの管理

＜経験・スキルおよび資格＞

  • データ分析やオペレーション関連の業務経験
  • 業務効率改善に関する経験や知見

・PCスキル：

Excel : ピボットテーブル/ VLOOKUP関数/IF関数が活用できる

Word、PowerPoint

＜言語＞

・日本語：母国語レベル

・英語：日常的にメール・会議・資料作成が対応可
