What you will do

Scope of Work:

·       Create engaging TikTok short form content (2-3 videos daily to support all Kenvue stores: Johnson's Baby, Aveeno, Neutrogena, Aveeno Baby)

·       Monitor content performance metrics and able to provide insights and action points for improvement

·       Assist in daily TikTok Shop operations (end-to-end conceptualization and creation of assets in collaboration with agencies, logistics coordination for sample deliveries, etc.)

Requirements:

·       Must have own laptop, hybrid set-up (must be willing to attend onsite in BGC office if needed)

·       Must be updated with latest trends with content creation and basic editing skills

 

MONTH 1-3:

  • 3-4 days per week: 2 videos per day for minimum of 15 days, 30-sec to 1-min

  • Weekly one-pager report on content performance metrics with action points

  • 1 day per week: dedicated to assisting with TikTok Shop operations

 

MONTH 4-6:

  • 3-4 days per week: 2 videos per day for minimum of 15 days, 30-sec to 1-min

  • Weekly one-pager report on content performance metrics with action points

  • 1 day per week: dedicated to assisting with TikTok Shop operations
