Fully OnsiteWhat you will do
Content Lead for social eCommerce drive our digital content strategy, build industry leading content capability and ensure continuous content innovation. The key responsibilities for this role include establishing a robust digital content strategy and content iteration model, building a centralized Content Hub for AI-driven assets and influencer (KOL/KOC) short videos, and oversee the creation and iteration of massive contents. Additionally, this role will scale up the promotion of high-quality short videos and bridge the gap between brand and channel to deliver consistent brand equity and messaging.
By implementing a strategic approach to content creation and iteration, the Content Lead will enhance engagement and drive conversion through compelling contents, and ensure cohesive messaging and stronger brand equity. Meanwhile, this role will accelerate content performance, maximize ROI from social e-commerce initiatives, and position the company as a leader in digital content excellence.
Key R&Rs:
1) Establish Digital Content strategy and Content Iteration model
2) Establish Content Hub: content pool for AI, KOL/KOC Short videos, on site PDP/short videos
3) Reshape structured content (title, key words, occasion, Q&A) that can increase AI recognition
4) Lead massive short videos creation and iteration with standardized library & coding
5) Monitor and select effective content to framework winning script after horse racing
6) Re-edit and produce massive short videos based on winning script
7) Scale up heating on high quality short videos
8) Bridge brand and channel for consistent brand equity and message delivery
