Amazon eCommerce Key Account Manager

This position reports into Magnus Tegstrom and is based at Solna, Sweden.

What you will do

Kenvue are seeking a motivated and driven high-performing individual to join our growing Nordics eCommerce team as eCommerce Key account Manager, primarily to accelerate the Amazon business, as well as unlocking further growth opportunities with accounts such as Lycos, Boost, Etam.  Reporting into the head of Nordics, the primary objective of the eCommerce CDM role is to support delivery of customer revenue targets by driving increased eCommerce sales and winning share across all categories Kenvue play in. You will lead the execution of customer sales and marketing programs and have ownership of the customer relationships. This will include influencing & executing shopper strategies, driving assortment, pricing, operational set-up as well as leading customer negotiations and annual business plans. Youl will also work very closely with the Kenvue EMEA ecommerce team as part of the Amazon Pan EU model, being the key voice for what Sweden needs to win with Amazon as well as sharing learnings to continue to raise the bar.

Key Responsibilities

  • Internally & externally, the day-to-day lead and owner for your business with responsibilities including:
    • Full accurate forecasting and P&L ownership for Amazon & other accounts, delivering on specified business targets (sales, spend and profit targets - INS, TCI, NTS, Net GP)
    • Collaborate with squads, digital teams, EMEA/NE ecom teams, media agencies and commercial strategy teams to identify and execute eCommerce opportunities, keeping the business informed of any progress/challenges and support needed
    • Ensure we have an ‘outside in’ lens on the business looking at competitor activities in the eCommerce channel and in your account. 
    • Support eCommerce customer service teams and supply chain to ensure processes are operating efficiently, especially important for the scaling of the Amazon business
    • Prioritise commercial fundamentals including Spike & core range recommendations to drive sustainable topline and bottom line growth.
    • Lazer focus on the digital shelf – to ensure PDP content is compelling to accelerate conversion
    • Designing and executing great business plans including negotiating the implementation
    • Build and lead promotional activities in line with Kenvue corporate guidelines
    • Analyse channel performance, and create plans to optimize top and bottom-line
    • Identify share of voice opportunities to drive market out-performance
    • Execute an aligned commercial & media plan with priority focus on winning search
    • Drive excellence in execution of innovation and integrated brand campaigns, ensuring brand visibility and optimising customer engagement
    • Develop share winning plans through eventing
    • Propose and pilot new e-commerce tactics such as bundling, subscription models, or loyalty programs to drive engagement
    • Building positive relationships with your key contacts/buyers
    • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices, especially within FMCG e-commerce, health, and beauty sectors

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications

  • Progressive experience in Key account & eCommerce key account management or related sales
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Proven track record of driving sales and exceeding targets in an eCommerce environment
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills – with focus on strong story telling
  • Demonstrates a growth mindset, bold ambition and willingness to challenge the status quo.
