What you will do

Key Responsibilities

• End to end eCommmerce account management. From commercial negotiations to eCom fundamentals.
• Design and implement a 360 plan per account being responsible for the P&L.
• Analyze the customer funnel to identify areas for improvement and enhance conversion rates and customer experience on the assigned accounts.
• Work on close collaboration with different internal stakeholders in a fast moving environment.
• Keep an outside in perspective by being up-to-date on Market Trends.
• Have fun.

What We Are Looking For

Required Qualifications

• Previous experience on similar roles in eCommerce. Ideally Key Account Management.
• Very good Spanish and English level (both spoken and written)
• Team Player
• Ability to prioritize, excellent work organization.
• Communication Skills
• Results oriented.
• A data driven, curious and proactive person willing to make an impact.
• University graduate or higher on marketing, business or sales. Digital Marketing & E-commerce specialization / Masters are a plus
