What you will do

• Enforcement and implementation of EHS policies, as well as procedures established by the organization and local government, focus on site overall environmental management
• Responsible for establishing/maintaining the ISO14001 environmental management system
• Identify risks to the environment, prioritize and mitigate as needed
• Establish environmental relevant monitoring programs to ensure all activities meet established requirements
• As site sustainability waste workstream leader to optimize waste management
• Assess training needs related to EHS, standardize EHS training matrix and ensure all employees receive the necessary training to perform work in a safe and legal manner.
• Responsible for liquid plant daily EHS support, e.g. conduct regular shop-floor-level EHS inspection and follow up the corrective action of non-compliance.
• Optimize site good save process, coordinate and promote the investigation of hidden dangers in various areas, follow up the implementation of CAPA and confirm the effectiveness
• Carry out EHS activities and assist the EHS manager in charge to create a safety atmosphere where all employees participate, reduce and control unsafe behaviors
• According to Kenvue EHS standards, assist EHS manager to promote IOSS projects, and regularly review the implementation of KPIs in various areas
• Participate in cross-departmental cooperation and provide EHS support and assistance to business department projects
