Driven by our commitment to manufacturing innovation and operational excellence, the Engineering & Maintenance team is seeking a junior Engineering Engineer to join our site.
This is an excellent opportunity for new graduates or engineers with up to 5 + years of experience in mechanical, electrical, or control engineering. The role offers hands-on exposure to cutting-edge process automation, equipment reliability programs, utility system operation, and smart factory projects. You will work alongside experienced engineers in a supportive, cross-functional environment, where you can learn, contribute, and grow into a future technical leader.
- Participating in process automation projects to improve efficiency and system integration
- Lead MES and SCADA integration with internal and external partners
- Lead in CAPEX projects (planning, vendor coordination, implementation)
- Responsible for the systems integration in the OT infrastructure, fostering IT/OT collaboration
- Supporting other areas in troubleshooting, manufacturing operations with technical support.
- Supporting Utility system operation and monitoring (e.g., electricity, HVAC, compressed air, steam, chilled water) to ensure stable and efficient plant operations
What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical engineering, Control Engineering, Mechanical engineering or related fields
- 5+ years of relevant experience (new graduates are welcome to apply)
- Interest in manufacturing technology, utility operation, and continuous improvement
- Ability to communicate in English (Business level; growth will be supported)
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
