What you will do

This position accelerates new and repeat purchase growth based on customer data, and drives full-funnel growth in an integrated way across e-commerce.

CRM Role (70%) : A role focused on maximizing new & repeat purchase growth and sales based on customer data

1) Lead sales maximization through new & repeat purchase growth

• Develop plan to expand new customer acquisition and strengthen repeat purchases

• Execute growth initiatives based on customer segments and purchasing behavior

• Build KPI-driven sales growth roadmaps

2) Generate insights from customer and shopper data

• Analyze Naver/Coupang Shopper Data

• Evaluate sales contribution based on the First → Repeat → Return funnel

• Identify core opportunities to drive new/repeat purchase growth

3) Optimize the customer journey and customer touchpoints

• Diagnose the customer journey across Awareness → Consideration → Conversion → Loyalty

• Discover and optimize customer touchpoints that directly influence new/repeat conversion

Full funnel activation Role (30%) : Identify new growth opportunities and contribute to sales through strengthened acquisition and conversion

1) Data Design & Integration

·        Build and implement data collection frameworks to connect upper and lower funnel performance.

·        Ensure visibility and accuracy for actionable insights.

2) Insight to Action

·        Leverage integrated data to uncover growth opportunities.

·        Execute strategies that directly drive eCommerce revenue.

3) Collaboration: Lead Growth initiatives through cross-functional collaboration

• Collaborate with Sales, DAS, and Brand teams to execute sales-maximizing strategies centered on new and repeat customers

• Operate regular review cycles and improvement roadmaps

What we are looking for

  • 5+ years of experience in CRM or digital marketing

  • Strong ability to derive insights from shopper data

  • Proven capability to react quickly and execute in fast-changing environments

  • Comfortable with English communication

  • (Preferred) Background in startups or own-brand eCommerce (D2C) operations

  • (Preferred) Hands-on experience managing Naver and Coupang campaigns

  • (Preferred) Experience executing promotions or onsite programs
