What you will do

The End-to-End Planner builds the interface between the local demand teams, regional organization, and the supply sites with the key aim to ensure stock availability of the right products to the right locations at the right cost in the right time. S/He owns all PLAN targets tied to Service, Inventory  and Cash for dedicated portfolio.  Ensures a precise, timely and accurate communication of all relevant information to the key partners in Kenvue organization.

The End-to-End planner is a key player in the S&OP cycle. S/He is the link between demand, supply, and production.

Main responsibilities:

• Reviews Net Requirements and the variations on a weekly basis and accordingly, does the master production scheduling/places orders for own product portfolio. Manages the capacity for the production lines under own responsibility.
• Run scenario planning to ensure the right capacity is allocated to the portfolio of reference based on net requirements handover, owns the rough-cut capacity plan.
• Scan and identify potential supply constraints (capacity, materials, etc) and support management and relevant stakeholders with appropriate scenario planning to enable the right decision making.
• Ensure stock availability of the right products at the right location at the right time and right cost and achieve company service targets (OTIF D, UFR). Collaborates with his extended team (make, deliver, cluster supply chain teams) to achieve this.
• Participate in the weekly demand and supply review meetings/Inter-regional calls (where applicable) with Affiliates, provides supply visibility, ensures clear and timely communication about market requests/constraints/supply risks. Bring escalation to regional team to align on the action plan.
• Collaborates daily with DELIVER team to ensure the distribution plan to the local markets is executed according to the requirements.
• Monitor the PLAN master data and ensure its integrity and correctness. For Out Of Region supply, complies with needed Master Data activities: maintaining CMIR tables between regions, synchronizing mater data across regions (Lead Time, MOQ) and ensuring product catalogue dates are maintained correctly.
• Review lead-times and Minimum Order Quantities (MOQs) with key partners to improve supply flexibility
• Support the yearly Business Plan activity for the dedicated portfolio
• Be an integral part of SC projects with key PLAN activities such as:
• Support New Product Introductions (NPIs) & Product Changeovers.
- Take part in (Re-) design projects to optimize the end-to-end product and information flow.
- Constantly strive to identify improvement initiatives in own portfolio of products and suppliers in an end-to-end mindset.
• Responsible for the execution of Inventory strategy defined by the regional team. Reporting of inventory results and forecast, driving structural inventory reduction initiatives for Skin Health portfolio. Helps affiliates and regional supply planning community identify opportunities through analyzing data and holds teams accountable to deliver targets the inventory.

Qualifications:


• Master or bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business economics, Operations or related field.
• Minimum of 3-4 years experiences in Supply Chain Planning (Demand or Supply) and ideally in another related Supply Chain field such as Procurement, Manufacturing or Logistics. Plant planning experience is a plus
• Has experience in working within a regional matrix organization and virtual multinational teams.
• Strong communicator with the ability to drive decision-making concisely across the different levels of the organization.
• Understanding how own work impacts the enterprise/E2E SC and use this understanding to make effective decisions and take actions
• Able to prioritize within a complex and dynamic business environment.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate large amounts of information leading to sound conclusions for effective decision-making.
• A positive minded Teammate that can positively influence the organization and inspire others.
• APICS certification strongly preferred
• Experienced user of MS Office, especially strong Excel capabilities are required.
• Fluent level of written and spoken English.
