What you will do

The End User Asset Management Product Owner is responsible for collaborating with the End User Compute (EUC) team, End User Services (EUS) process owners, and end‑users to document and analyze current and future state user journeys, workflows, pain points and performance measures associated with IT Asset Management processes, including New Hire/Break Fix (NH/BF) and PC Lifecycle Management (PCLM). It further entails prototyping, developing and testing technical solutions—or partnering closely with developers—to deliver reliable implementations that support end‑user asset refresh cycles and ensure appropriate compute asset availability across North America for new hires and break/fix requirements. Additionally, the position is accountable for identifying, evaluating and prioritizing automation opportunities across IT Asset Management processes, with emphasis on activities that are repetitive, manual or operationally high‑friction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and Maintain Asset Management Database (AMDB) "alm_hardware" table data hygiene
  • Owns and Manages EUC Hardware Budget and works with NH/BF Product Manager for any adjustments to budget
  • Put together annual Hardware Lifecycle Management (HLM) budget based on the amount of assets purchased (4) years prior and manage stakeholders
  • Own end-to-end execution of HLM/PCLM service
  • Service overview, details and execution plan for 2026
  • Coordinate with EUS Communications team for communications regarding HLM service 
  • Own North America end user assets throughout their entire lifecycle – purchase to disposal
  • Maintain EUC's asset management processes and policy and adjust as needed
  • Review/approve all EUC end user asset orders via ServiceNow

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred
  • A minimum of 6-8 years of progressive, relevant experience  
  • End User Asset Database Management required
  • ServiceNow AMDB Module Experience is strongly preferred
  • Proven experience in developing Asset Management strategies and solutions in order to execute and ensure the availability of end user assets on a global scale  
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills; operates as a global leader, adept at understanding and appreciating regional differences  

What’s in it for you

Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges:

$124,100.00 - $175,200.00

This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate’s skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.
