What you will do
Analyzes business requirements and may provide technology guidance/input for design, implementation, and maintenance activities. Conducts feasibility studies; prepares reports; creates solutions to problems. Configures and integrates new functionality by designing systems and solutions that closely adhere to company standards and structures. Participates on project teams, develops user interfaces and provides technical support and guidance. Provides status reports, progress reports and documentation to department management and business partners. Demonstrates an understanding of business partner needs, provides project support and may test solutions. Consistently demonstrates knowledge seeking and sharing behaviors in performing daily work. Applies competency models principles, concepts and practices.
