Solid management of all required engineering activities to support the local Site Leadership Team and Regional TechOps Organization
Provides local leadership for the Technology Platforms and CoE in the Site.
Prioritizes project in alignment with Site Leadership team and site Masterplan.
Take strategic role in developing the site according to future business needs.
Manages CAPEX project portfolio; defines, plans and implements CAPEX projects (cost improvement, capacity, compliance, others).
Makes detailed plans to accomplish goals and supports daily business requirements to secure supply reliability of local plant.
Collaborates closely with Business Units, Global platform/CoE leads and facility on improvement projects and common programs.
Follow-up of 5 years asset upgrade or replace plan (life cycle management)
Connects with MaM Communities to leverage proven solutions or available standards.
Promote an environment and culture of continuous improvement.
Manage or participate in groups of Cross-Functional projects in support of the site's objectives.

People leader of the local engineering team who manages performance and development of direct reports.
Responsible for Qualification activities at site level
Key Responsibilities
Develop investment strategies for new equipment and machines in close cooperation with the site and global CoE platform leads.
Develop and execute rollout & improvement projects (cost improvement, capacity, compliance, others)
Deliver technical support on complex quality issues and process problems.
Plan and perform engineering and project activities.
Develop and execute local site master plan.
Deliver agreed KPI’s; Make sure projects are developed and implemented to deliver against project objectives
Control budgets for engineering function and CAPEX projects.
Develop solid business cases for the Engineering Projects
Support Global Technology Platform and ensure deployment of global standards in projects.
Ensure application of Technology Global Standards and Engineering Practices and Procedures
Provide support for Technical Compliance / Regulation
Execute global/regional improvement programs.
Understand the impact of digitalization & integrated data analytics on overall equipment performance.
Work with experts and vendors to develop the in-plant capability of artificial intelligence, machine learning and augmented reality.
Focuses on Safety, Health & Environmental, as well as Quality and Compliance. Acts in compliance with the laws, regulations, Kenvue Policies and any applicable standard.
Incorporates requirements of relevant policies, guidelines and standards into project execution and has the ability to assess relevance for changed or new technologies.
Seeks for a deep understanding of manufacturing processes and technology. Masters the interaction between materials and machinery.
Lead the engineering group, performance and development management, Talent Development and leverage across the Technology Platform Groups, SMEs and SC as a whole.

Qualifications
Education: Engineering Degree (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial or equivalent)
Experience: People and project management experience in FMCG/Pharmaceutical sectors
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
