We are looking for a Channel and Customer Development Intern who can join our team and support our skin care brand acceleration and store distribution expansion. This role is designed for a highly analytical, collaborative and proactive undergraduate, eager to dive into the operations of our business.
The Kenvue Internship program is a six-month experience to help final year/recent Bachelor's degree in management or any related field develop leadership, analytical and communication skills through practical business experience and ongoing training & development, coaching and mentorship. This role will enable the intern to have real-life work application of concepts and theories learned in the classroom. This is a full-time (40 hours per week) assignment aiming to start earliest this December.
What will you do:
The successful intern will be tasked to support our key projects:
Cosmetic Store Expansion project
- Compile and manage external data (Nielsen Universe)
- Provide proper data information for field sales to open new potential cosmetic store based on Nielsen report
- Conduct internal customer mapping vs Nielsen data to identify distribution gap
Assist in preparing monitoring & dashboards for physical availability execution
- Provide execution point of sales materials (POSM) information with proper documentation
- Support in the allocation for gimmick/free goods/samples to be delivered on time
Skincare brand Acceleration project
- Support the coordination with vendors and the field team for POSM execution
- Provide dashboard for regular execution update
Qualifications
- Active university student preferably on their last year, undergoing a bachelor’s degree in business management or other related courses
- Analytical and loves to manage data, proficient in Excel, PowerPoint
- Good communication skills, knows basic English
- Highly collaborative, able to work independently as well as in a team
- Able to work with disciplined timelines
- With a passion for learning and making a positive impact
