What will you

What You Will Do 

Customer focused. Responsible in helping the company address customer expectations and serve their needs. Determines business opportunities together with brand and shopper marketing. Manages account investments and service level agreement.

General Roles & Responsibilities

  • Establishes Execution Plan through a per account building blocks that are aligned with brand strategy and in-store plan.

  • Manages Customer Investment Waterfall

  • Team up with Distributor Development Manager in making sure that targets are aligned with total distributor area and service level agreement with customers are fulfilled.

  • Ensures that Shopper Marketing Activities are properly aligned to the account and execution team.

  • Ensures on time placement of NPI, MSL SKUs and National Promos

  • Creates weekly report with drivers and necessary next steps to address opportunities

  • Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for increased revenue.

  • Works closely with sales manager to implement annual/quarterly sales plan and necessary changes required to achieve objectives.

  • SOA weekly submission, manages accounts receivables per account to make sure that there are no floating balances per account to avoid holding of orders

  • Conducts yearly business review and make sure that they are aligned with our annual year plan

What We Are Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • Undergraduate degree; preferably with background in Sales and Retail Operations.

  • Uses creativity and innovation to develop solutions to complex problems.

  • At least 3-5 years of work related experience

  • Ensures solutions are consistent with Kenvue objectives.

  • Has good communication and Negotiation Skills

  • Has good people skills

  • Can function effectively under pressure
