What will you

As Manager, Performance Excellence, you will own performance management across the Kenvue Data & Analytics organization, driving a culture of performance and accountability in support of Kenvue OKRs. You will design and drive impact-focused, data-driven forums and tools that elevate organizational performance and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities  

  • Implement and lead data-driven performance management and decision-making forums 
  • Establish multi-tiered performance management forums, from executive reporting to tactical working group forums 
  • Develop, monitor, and analyze KPIs and metrics to track organizational success 
  • Identify performance gaps and collaborate with department leads to develop and implement improvement plans 
  • Shape and evolve a forward-looking performance control tower to proactively identify opportunities and mitigate risks  
  • Lead performance management governance and processes, continuously improving ways of working and maturity 
  • Shape and drive the implementation of new metrics and performance standards 
  • Partner with data and development teams to automate data flows and enable timely insights 
  • Coordinate with functional metric owners, leaders, and a technical development team to deploy intuitive dashboards that drive action 
  • Ensure readiness and efficient delivery of monthly performance reviews across D&A organization 
  • Create executive presentations to supplement PowerBI dashboards 
  • Ensure timely data entry and report-out completion each month 
  • Facilitate performance forums and manage follow-ups to ensure accountability 

What We Are Looking For  

Required Qualifications  

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree
  • Relevant business experience
  • Proficiency in data analysis and performance measurement tools 
  • Familiarity with Digital and Data & Analytics concepts (e.g., Data Governance, Reporting and Analytics, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, GenAI, Intelligent Automation)
  • Advanced/Fluent in English
  • Experience driving performance management processes or governance 
  • Proven experience implementing performance frameworks and driving execution 
  • Strong project management, organizational, and coordination skills 
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build strong relationships and work collaboratively across departments 
  • Proactive attitude, comfortable following up and driving adherence to timelines. 
  • Excellent written, verbal, and executive presentation skills 
  • Experience working with technical teams to deploy dashboards and tools  
  • Experience working in large, matrixed enterprise environments, with demonstrated ability to navigate complex organizational structures and drive cross-functional alignment
