What you will do

The Digital Workplace UEM Architect / Engineer is responsible for managing the end-user device environment regionally. They work closely with internal business partners, IT, operations, and key cross-functional partners. Their primary responsibilities include maintaining and managing the UEM environment with continuous improvement and optimizing processes and systems to ensure employees have a seamless Digital Workplace experience.

Key Responsibilities:

· Architect, engineering, design & deliver customer solutions in line with best practices and global standards.

· Analyzing existing IT infrastructure to develop and plan an endpoint management strategy.

· Drive and support service creations, improvement, efficiency and risk management for their respective services end to end.

· Responsible for service innovation and evolution to support customer and organizational growth & success.

· Interact with clients and our stakeholder management teams to deliver the desired solution.

· Coordinate and ensure core services are delivered to the desired standard.

· Maintains weekly client critical indicators and project list on a weekly basis.

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications:

· Strong understanding of unified endpoint management concepts, including device provisioning, software distribution, patch management, and security hardening.

· Minimum of 5 - 7 years of experience in administrating, maintaining, and monitoring Microsoft Unified Endpoint Manager (including Azure Active Directory and UEM Configurations and Policies) systems in an enterprise environment.

· Must have solid knowledge and understanding of UEM managed client hardware / software) including but not limited to installing, configuring, maintaining, optimizing, and supporting these clients.

· Knowledge and experience in enterprise-level LAN management, systems configuration, network directories, domain name services, authentication, email, security and backup functions.

· Design and deploy Windows 11 provisioning workflows using Intune, Autopilot, ESP, and dynamic provisioning techniques.

· Ensure seamless integration with Microsoft 365 services, including Defender for Endpoint, Conditional Access, and Autopilot.

· Minimum 3 - 5 years in design and implementation of large-scale end user device management systems.

· Associate degree or 4 years equivalent education.

· Advanced experience with Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, Swim Lanes, Pivot Charts.

· 2-years’ experience with cloud and network topologies.

· Extensive written and oral communication skills (English).

Desired Qualifications:

· Working knowledge, experience and ability to design and implement end user device management systems based on:

· 5 or more years of experience in supporting Windows desktop and mobile devices in an enterprise infrastructure.

· 5 – 7 years supporting Microsoft Configuration Manager and Microsoft Unified Endpoint Manager

· Minimum of 2 -5 years’ experience with Azure Active Directory and Legacy Active Directory

· Proficient with PowerShell, Azure Command Line, Azure Administration Portal

· Strong understanding of Azure Active Directory and Unified Endpoint Management configuration policies

· Proficient on implementing policies and configuration for Android and iOS devices based on Microsoft Unified Endpoint Manager solutions

· Co-management service (SCCM co-managed)

· Experience with ServiceNow ITSM

· Windows Application lifecycle management and packaging

· Clear understanding of Mobile application protection for iOS and Android devices

· Understanding of automation technologies related to cloud provisioning, instance optimization, cost modeling and cost management.

· Understanding of authentication processes including MFA / Conditional Access, Service Principals, Azure Active Directory synchronization
