This position reports into Director, E2E Supply Planning APAC and is based at Ascent Science Park, Singapore.

What Will You Do 

The E2E Supply Planning Leader is accountable for the result and the proper process execution of all the supply planning processes and is owner of the inventory and service results across the value stream. This role is responsible for orchestrating the design and execution of the supply chain across different Supply Chain functions including make, source, deliver and finance.

The E2E Supply Planning Leader is responsible in conjunction with Demand/IBP leader the supply-demand balancing.

Key Responsibilities:

E2E Supply Planning

  • Drive robust process and drumbeats to ensure supply chain synchronization across the supply planning processes:

    • Long Term Capacity Planning (LTCP), Rough Cut Capacity Planning (RCCP), Master Production Scheduling (MPS), Material Supply Management (MSM), Materials Requirement Planning (MRP), Detailed Scheduling (DS), Distribution Planning DRP)

  • Owns and drives regional Segment Supply Review and Supply Point Reviews. Owns supply allocation decisions and escalation actions to the next IBP forums. 

  • Orchestrates E2E trade-off decision. Partner and play the role of gatekeeper with supply chain partners to have the most realistic Supply information available as input to IBP Process to balance service, inventory and costs.

  • Own inventory management policies for respective segments/ franchises, ensuring the right balance between service, cost, and inventory within the network. Responsibilities include meeting inventory targets, optimizing supply chain efficiency, handling SLOB, track optimization projects, inventory reporting and projection.

  • Accountable for master data accuracy. Develops and implements planning rules, standards, and process to support the overall planning agenda.

  • Supports New Product Initiatives & Product Changeovers by ensuring on time supply availability for launch and minimizing inventory write-offs.

Team Management

  • Lead, Mentor and develop the E2E Segment Supply Planning team

  • Acts as deputy lead to E2E Segment Supply Planning Director

  • Bring to life and become an ambassador of Kenvue’s behaviors, purpose and values.

Others

  • Responsible for enabling business to deliver/ improve service & inventory targets by delivering adherence to processes

  • Actively participates in the Supply Planning CoP and in other key forums as applicable.

This position may require up to 25% travel based on business needs.

What We Are Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field; a master's degree is preferred.

  • A minimum of 7 years of diverse experience, including 5 years direct experience in supply planning

  • A minimum of 5 years of demonstrated direct people management experience is required. Good track record of talent development, shaping team culture and cross-functional engagement is preferred.

  • Comfort with handling ambiguous/vague information is required to drive, thrive, and give directions in a VUCA (volatile, uncertain, complex, and ambiguous) environment.

  • Proactive and forward thinker with ability to see the big picture, debate the details and see possibilities ahead.

  • Proven ability to identify appropriate methods to collect and analyze a diverse set of data and understand supply chain issues to develop appropriate solutions based on the findings.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to act as a change agent and adapt to changing business and organizational dynamics is required. Strong partner and influencer to support broader E2E goals.

  • Ability to develop and coach teams from all cultures and geographies.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and supply chain management software.

  • Knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems and planning/ scheduling systems

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience in a Consumer, packaged goods or FDA-regulated industry covering multiple markets & product technologies is preferred.
