What will you

Kenvue is currently recruiting for an eCommerce Digital Shelf Intern

Start date : as soon as possible

Contract type : 12 month internship

Role reports to: Southern Europe Digital Perfect Store Manager

Location: Madrid

 

What you will do

The eCommerce Digital Shelf Intern is responsible for assisting the eCommerce team in optimizing product listings and ensuring accurate product information on various eCommerce platforms. The focus will be on eCommerce Content Creation, Assortment, Availability and Rating&Reviews activations. You will also analyze digital shelf data and ecommerce data to identify opportunities for improvement and collaborate with the different marketing and sales departments for the implementation and execution.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Create compelling content for product descriptions, images, and videos to increase engagement and conversion rates.
• Develop and execute digital shelf strategies to drive sales and improve customer experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize product listings and enhance brand presence on eCommerce platforms through eMerchandising.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve digital shelf performance.
• Monitor main Digital Shelf metrics, analyze results and support the creation of a monthly report for key stakeholders.

 

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications

• Higher Degree and Master in Digital, Marketing or Sales
• Passion for eCommerce and digital marketing.
• High level of English. As a supporting role for different countries, it is mandatory to be able to communicate effectively in English. 
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power Point. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Quick learning, intellectual curiosity
• Goal-oriented and with a clear sense of urgency

Desired Qualifications

• Experience with eCommerce or Digital Marketing platforms such as Amazon, Google Analytics.
• Comfortable working with Excel sheets (30% of the role will be digital analytics related).
• Knowledge of additional South European languages like Spanish, French or Italian is a plus.
• Knowledge of Digital content generation.
