Driven by our commitment to manufacturing innovation and operational excellence, the Engineering & Maintenance team is seeking a junior Engineering Engineer to join our site.
This is an excellent opportunity for new graduates or engineers with up to 5 years of experience in mechanical, electrical, or control engineering. The role offers hands-on exposure to cutting-edge process automation, equipment reliability programs, utility system operation, and smart factory projects. You will work alongside experienced engineers in a supportive, cross-functional environment, where you can learn, contribute, and grow into a future technical leader.
The scope of key responsibilities includes:
Participating in process automation projects to improve efficiency and system integration
Responsible for the systems integration in the OT infrastructure, fostering IT/OT collaboration
Lead in CAPEX projects (planning, vendor coordination, implementation)
Support MES and SCADA integration with internal and external partners
Supporting other areas in troubleshooting, manufacturing operations with technical support.
Supporting Utility system operation and monitoring (e.g., electricity, HVAC, compressed air, steam, chilled water) to ensure stable and efficient plant operations
What we are looking for
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical engineering, Control Engineering, Mechanical engineering or related fields
0–5 years of relevant experience (new graduates are welcome to apply)
Interest in manufacturing technology, utility operation, and continuous improvement
Ability to communicate in English (Business level; growth will be supported)
Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
