What will you

The Equity Compensation Administration Lead oversees the global administration and accounting for the Equity Award Plan. This role requires a strong passion for enhancing the employee experience, as well as expertise in project management and execution. The role collaborates across multiple functions including Total Rewards, Executive Compensation, Legal and Compliance, Payroll, Tax as well as multiple vendors such as Fidelity to ensure compliance with plan regulations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Lead all processes related to equity compensation, including the granting and vesting of equity awards, addressing participant issues, ensuring data accuracy with Fidelity, and providing transactional support to global participants and payroll teams. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including legal, tax, accounting, and treasury, to address equity-related inquiries.
  • Provide end-to-end support for global equity administration projects involving multiple stakeholders. Serve as a subject matter expert on vendor functionality and processes to drive implementation of effective solutions, with input and collaboration from multiple business partners.
  • Provide support on data analyses related to the annual and monthly vesting and granting of equity awards, Global Mobility taxation processes, Total Rewards, legal requests, and periodic participant data corrections, while identifying opportunities to improve and/or optimize process and approach.
  • Support vendor management to ensure compliance with contractual agreements, alignment with long-term incentive (LTI) plan documents, and adherence to legal and tax regulations.
  • In collaboration with vendors and internal partners, support employee-facing communications to enhance participant understanding and improve overall employee experience.
  • Act as a liaison in a matrixed environment, working closely with Total Rewards, Executive Compensation, People Solutions, Legal, Tax and Global Payroll teams to manage and resolve employee inquiries effectively.

Position Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree is required.
  • A minimum of 2-4 years of Equity Administration experience is required.
  • Strong understanding of regional and country-specific differences in equity administration practices.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and operational activities effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including formal presentation skills.
  • High level of confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive information.
  • Proficient in data analysis, synthesizing insights, and identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Preferred :

  • CEP (Certified Equity Professional) certification
  • Experience with continuous improvement methodologies, such as Six Sigma or Lean
