We are seeking a Finance Data Lead with strong technical expertise to join our data excellence team. This role will be responsible for developing and maintaining workflows in Alteryx and KNIME, building robust SQL queries in Snowflake, Data Bricks and creating dynamic Power BI dashboards. The ideal candidate should have a passion for data automation and visualization, and experience in financial data analysis. Familiarity with finance and master data concepts is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:


• Develop and maintain workflows using Alteryx and KNIME to automate data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.
• Build and optimize SQL queries in Snowflake, Data Bricks to support data analysis and reporting needs.
• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports, ensuring they meet business and financial requirements.
• Integrate Snowflake queries with Power BI for real-time data visualization and performance monitoring.
• Work closely with finance teams to understand reporting requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Collaborate with master data management teams to ensure data integrity and alignment across platforms.
• Document processes, workflows, and technical specifications to support ongoing maintenance and knowledge sharing.
• Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement in financial reporting and data handling.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data pipelines, dashboards, and source data inconsistencies.


Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in data analytics, financial reporting, or related roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with Alteryx and/or KNIME for ETL and data preparation.
• Proficient in SQL, preferably within a Snowflake/Data Bricks or equivalent environment.
• Advanced knowledge of Power BI, including DAX, data modeling, and visual storytelling.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.


Preferred Qualifications:
• Master’s degree or professional certification in Finance, Analytics, or related field.
• Understanding of finance concepts such as P&L, balance sheet, and cost center accounting.
• Experience working with master data systems (e.g., MDM, S4, MDS) and data governance.
• Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms and API integrations.
• Experience working in cross-functional global teams.
