Key Responsibilities
- Support complex interface reconciliation activities including but not limited to IDOC error handling and monitoring, root cause analysis and permanent resolution implementation, accrual posting, and interface reconciliation.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures to comply with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) regulations.
- Support and identify improvements and automation projects within the scope and/or team.
- Remain updated with industry trends, changes in accounting rulings, and latest technologies.
- Other tasks delegated by the Senior Team Lead/Manager
Compliance:
- Assist in any audit process raised by Legal Entity Controllership.
- Adhere to the strong internal controls in place to achieve “adequate” internal and external audit ratings.
What We Are Looking For
Required Qualifications:
- A minimum of a bachelor’s level degree or equivalent is required, preferably in accounting or finance.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with employees at all levels
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Open to new ideas, rapid change and embracing new technologies
- Organized and works efficiently to meet tight deadlines.
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience in SAP, Ariba, Excel, and other Microsoft tools are good to have
- Experience in an Interface, Procurement & General Accounting, or Financial Reporting department desirable
- Min of 2 years of proven experience in accounting, problem solving, process improvement, and communication
- Solid US GAAP accounting knowledge preferrable
- Language: fluent in English, and knowledge in other language skills are desirable
