What will you

The Inventory & Capability Planner is responsible for Planing  and controling inventory of finished goods for sales warehouses, distribution centers, and factors mixing points to meet sales and distribution demand. Analyzes inventory levels, inventory positioning and production and sale forecasts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Executes inventory management policies, standards, guidelines, technology and procedures

  • Execute the quarterly process of Inventory component calculation (Base + Events) to achieve the most optimal balance of service, inventory and cost within the current network and demonstrated performance.

  • Responsible for achieving GI/DOS, NI/DIO and Inventory Health Target.

  • Supports processes to identify best segmentation business strategies/methods by setting up the supply chain in different way (e.g. varying lead times, altering safety stock, etc.) in order to improve efficiency.

  • Support affiliate and plant inventory target setting/deployment.

  • Analyze SLOB drivers and work with owners to take action to avoid SLOB expense.

  • Supports or Executes projects that support the Inventory Optimization Program

  • Responsible for analytics/reporting on inventory drivers and inventory projections.

  • Governs Regional inventory initiatives as applicable.

  • Provide inventory management input into IBP process to allow for transparency of risks and opportunities.

  • Aligns SC & financial reporting & commentary supporting /IBP and business reporting.

  • Participates in Supply Review and Inventory as applicable.

  • Bring to life and become an ambassador of Kenvue’s behaviors, purpose and values.

  • This position may require up to 10% travel based on business needs.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field preferred

  • Min 3 years working experience, preferably in a production environment

  • Proficiency with software application – Excel, SAP and planning/ scheduling tools.

  • Has good understanding of financial flows and associated product flows.

  • Strong English capability: written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with management

  • Able to see the big pictures as well as deep dive into the details in both processes, execution and systems

  • Able to make decisions based on data and business acumen.

  • Able to influence at his level within the Supply Chain, Finance & other key cross functional partners, in a matrix environment and externally.

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience in a Consumer, packaged goods or FDA-regulated industry covering multiple markets & product technologies is preferred.
