Inventory Planning and Capability Manager
This position reports into Director/Associate Director/ Senior Manager Supply Planning APAC and is based at Ascent Science Park, Singapore.

What Will You Do
The Regional Inventory Planner is responsible for overseeing inventory management policies and procedures, ensuring the right balance between service, cost, and inventory within the network. Responsibilities include hitting inventory targets, optimizing supply chain efficiency, managing financial processes, handling SLOB, track optimization projects, inventory reporting and projection.
Key Responsibilities
Co-design inventory management policies, standards, guidelines, technology and procedures with other cross functional team
Lead and steer direction of Inventory component calculation (Base + Events) to achieve the most optimal balance of service, inventory and cost within the current network and demonstrated performance.
Accountable for achieving GI/DOS, NI/DIO and Inventory Health Target.
Lead and steer direction processes to identify best segmentation business strategies/methods by setting up the supply chain in different way (e.g. varying lead times, altering safety stock, etc.) in order to improve efficiency.
Segment representation in supporting affiliate and plant inventory target setting/deployment.
Lead and analyze SLOB drivers and work with owners to take action to avoid SLOB expense.
Lead and support executional projects that deliver the Inventory Optimization Program
Accountable for analytics/reporting on inventory drivers and inventory projections.
Governs Regional inventory initiatives as applicable.
Steer direction for inventory management input into IBP process to allow for transparency of risks and opportunities.
Ensure and accountable for SC & financial reporting & commentary supporting /IBP and business reporting.
Active participants in Supply Review and lead Inventory section
Bring to life and become an ambassador of Kenvue’s behaviors, purpose and values.
This position may require up to 10% travel based on business needs.
What We Are Looking For
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field; a master's degree is preferred.
A minimum of 5-6 years of experience, including direct experience in supply/ demand planning
Comfort with handling ambiguous/vague information is required to drive, thrive, and give directions in a VUCA (volatile, uncertain, complex, and ambiguous) environment.
Proven ability to identify appropriate methods to collect and analyze a diverse set of data and understand supply chain issues to develop appropriate solutions based on the findings.
Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to act as a change agent and adapt to changing business and organizational dynamics is required. Strong partner and influencer to support broader E2E goals.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other supply chain management software.
Knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems
Desired Qualifications:
Experience in a Consumer, packaged goods or FDA-regulated industry covering multiple markets & product technologies is preferred.
