What will you

The MarTech Activation Analyst BR is responsible for ensuring our Priority Brand-Market Combinations (PBMCs) derive maximum value from our platform and product capabilities to drive mental & physical availability and deliver superb consumer and HCP experiences. This role involves understanding market-specific needs, driving Technology product adoption, and fostering strong relationships to promote user adoption, satisfaction, and retention for our MarTech capabilities including brand websites on Digital Experience Platform (DxP), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Marketing Resource Management (MRM), Digital Asset Management (DAM), Product Information Management (PIM), Customer Data Platform (CDP), etc.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive adoption of MarTech products across priority brands and markets through targeted communication and training.

  • Monitor product usage metrics, identify trends, and collaborate with product leads to execute data‑driven improvements.

  • Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance to ensure platform reliability, compliance, and best‑practice use.

  • Define and implement strategies to increase product adoption, engagement, and overall business impact.

  • Triage, prioritize, and manage incoming business requests, ensuring impact and alignment with capability roadmaps.

  • Lead and coordinate high‑priority projects across teams, managing timelines, risks, and dependencies.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders, acting as the primary technology touchpoint for end users.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Technology, Computer Science, Marketing, or related field.

  • Experience in product management, customer success, or similar roles.

  • Must be customer service-oriented and able to work and excel independently as well as in a team-oriented environment

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Languages: English is required. Spanish is desired.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.

Desired Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience in marketing technology activation, campaign analytics, digital marketing operations

  • Familiarity and working knowledge in MarTech products and data analysis tools is desired
