Job Description – Mass Sales Lead Belgium
Overall Purpose of the Role
To unlock the ambitious plans for Belgium, we are looking for a Mass Sales Lead for Belgium. As a key member of the Mass Leadership Team, you will drive a positive force forward. You will create lasting positive impact for our customers and consumers. As Mass Sales Lead Belgium, you will lead the Belgian sales team to achieve short-, mid- and long-term business goals. You are responsible for the Belgian Customer Portfolio, and for contributing to the total BENELUX people and business ambitions. You will have 2 direct reports.
Key Responsibilities – Deliver the Target
• Together with your team, you are responsible for the yearly business plans and define how to win over the coming years. Ensure the sales perspective is included in the 3 Year Operating Plan.
• Ensure close collaboration with the Head of Brand Activation so that Sales and Brand Activation operate as one unit toward joint goals.
• Identify risks and opportunities vs. the yearly goals and course-correct where needed, defining acceleration plans to mitigate risks and maximize customer and consumer impact.
• Make clear choices on what to focus on, and what not to do—eliminating, automating or outsourcing projects to free capacity for what matters most.
• Ensure accurate sales forecasting feeding into the Demand Planning team.
Customer Portfolio Management
• Drive profitable growth with a clear customer- and brand-level action plan, including revenue growth management.
• Collaborate with Brand Activation to maximize impact of our brands at key Belgian retailers.
• Co-lead key commercial processes together with the Head of Sales NL, such as Pricing, KAM Plans and RGM.
• Identify and execute new opportunities within and outside the existing customer portfolio.
Perfect Store
• Demonstrate passion for perfect execution in all domains, with strong focus on in-store excellence.
• Work with Brand Activation to amaze retail partners with insights, customer & category understanding and clear vision.
• Guide an external Field Force in Belgium to elevate Perfect Store execution.
• Further develop category management capabilities and executional focus within the Key Account Managers.
• Build organizational skills to enable consistent execution, defining clear frameworks together with the Head of Brand Activation.
Build a Strong Organization
• Lead the Sales team as a Servant Leader.
• As part of the BNL Leadership Team, co-own the full BENELUX Commercial organization.
• Challenge the status quo and continuously push for better performance.
• Strengthen external partnerships to improve Advantage Survey scores and internal partnerships with local and regional stakeholders.

Experiences
• 10+ years of experience in Sales and/or Category Management.
• Experience in diverse roles and industries is a plus.
• Fluent in Dutch, French & English .
