What will you

General Summary:

The Media Manager, AMET (Africa, Middle East and Turkey), will be reporting to Head of Media AMET; contributing strategic and operational Retail Media planning (E-comm Media) approach to drive investment effectiveness and efficiency across the cluster, owning operations and accountability of our key strategic retail media partners and media agency to maximize impact of Kenvue’s retail media investment. The role is responsible for accelerating our retail media capabilities, leading the development of local best practices, and deploying global guidelines to markets and local partners. This requires collaborating closely with local markets, regional/global Retail Media Excellence teams, power partners and media agency – also will be responsible for SEO and Websites management in AMET Region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for development of Retail media strategies, execution and optimization (from brief to final plan), working together with E-comm AMET team and is accountable for executing those plans in AMET regional level with E-comm local teams, media agency and local brand teams.

  • Leads SEO workstream; strategy and execution with Media Agency & SEO Agency for AMET region.

  • Manages AMET region local websites, together with local brand teams (content, headline changes, migration, development etc.), working closely with Martech team.

  • Analyzes partnership KPI performance across internal and external partners, to identify key areas of optimization.

  • Maximizes the collaboration with our media agency, serving as the connecting link between brand teams and media agency for all brands’ Retail Media, driving ongoing optimization of processes and ways of working by monitoring performance and providing feedback - scope planning and operations, including the overall deliverables roadmap & timelines for Retail Media.

  • Deploys best practices and guidelines for Retail media and content, helping to ensure consistency and quality across campaigns.

  • Manages the relationship with Cluster Transcreation Agency (content) in close collaboration with brand teams. Ensures assets are delivered by agency and brand teams in the right format by channel so the media works as hard as possible.

What We Are Looking For

Required Qualifications  

  • Bachelor’s degree is required.

  • Media Agency or/and Client-side (multinational companies) experience are required.

  • Minimum of 5+ years of progressive experience, with a strong track record of business results.

  • Strong background on retail media principles (ROAS, ROI, planning to reach/frequency requirements) and how to integrate into standard media planning best practices and planning operations.

  • Track record of success, identifying and implementing new technologies, measuring and delivering change management and in-market adoption.

  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate and collaborate successfully to drive value and build relationships with internal teams, suppliers and agencies.

  • Strong creative and analytical, thinking ability to set a vision, identify new opportunities, develop new ways of working, pinpoint solutions to complex problems and overcome obstacles.

  • Proven leadership ability to motivate and manage cross-functional teams across a matrix organization.

  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate and collaborate successfully to drive value and build relationships with internal teams, suppliers and agencies.

  • Travel up to 10% may be required.

Desired Qualifications  

  • Middle East media landscape understanding is preferred.

  • Experience working with global internal and external partners is preferred.

  • Experience in digital media planning and buying, including streamlining media operations and partner management, media analytics to drive ROI improvement.

  • Experience with Adtech and Data platforms is a plus.
