What will you do 

This critical role is dedicated to the best-in-class execution of our Go-to-Market strategy. In this role, in collaboration with the Pharmacy Director, you will continue to shape the Go-to-Market strategy, execute with excellence and develop an industry leading Field Force capability. You will have a passion for leaving each person and each retail environment better than you found them/it.
For the moment, this is an interim role for 18 months.

Key Responsibilities

  • Shape our pharmacy segmentation strategy for Germany in short and medium term
     
  • Lead the full E2E execution set up and roadmap, execute and deliver on key KPI’s, including sell out, perfect store, and sales effectiveness measures
     
  • Ownership and accountability for B&M P&L
     
  • Build best-in-class strategic customer partnerships
     
  • Lead by example with strong change management skills
     
  • Proactively provide coaching and learning opportunities and build a talent pipeline primarily on Regional Sales Leader level
     
  • Develop and implement (in collaboration with regional and global resources) a competency framework and create an environment where continuous learning and development is valued.
     
  • Collaborate strongly with Pharmacy Wholesaler Lead, Shopper, Consumer & Professional marketing. Input as required into key internal meetings such as S&OP, Brand / Squad discussions, MPR, etc.
     
  • Lead the sales cycle process including agenda setting and ensure adequate content from both shopper and brand marketing.

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 years of client development and/or category experience with proven track record, ideally in large international organizations with very diverse product portfolios
  • Master's degree or equivalent
  • Strong knowledge and experience of the German OTC landscape and ideally some experience with derma cosmetic products
  • Proven expertise in customer strategy, particularly in the pharmacy sector
  • Excellent stakeholder management with customers and internal partners
  • Excellent communication strategies and skills
  • Proven experience in people management and leading diverse teams with a value-based leadership approach, ideally in the field force environment
  • Building a culture of accountability by improving current performance and taking responsibility
  • Ability to translate insights into actions that challenge the status quo and strengthen our competitive advantage
  • Willingness to take risks consistent with new Kenvue values by adapting a daring spirit
  • Strong capability in analyzing results of recent projects; prepares field reports to improve future efforts and results
  • Excellent negotiation and conflict management skills
  • A “hunger to win” mentality formed by agility and ownership in the ways of working to ensure success
  • Strong penchant for collaboration, cross-functional ways of working, and developing others
  • Ability to enjoy identifying and taking ownership of opportunities and challenges
  • Fluency in written and spoken German and English
