What you will do 

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for Tru site super user – Documentation, site Compliance Wire administrator -Online Training, site Symphony administrator – INV, CAPA, Global Change Control modules
• Manage lead time of INV, CAPA, GCC, CW to ensure that all performances of plant-wide is still comply with Kenvue Regulation
• Follow GMP compliance and implementation of WWSP, QSP (Regional SOP), cGMP standard, Quality and Compliance as well as regional initiatives/procedures.
• Audit Readiness with zero critical finding
• Responsible for provide Qualification and Validation Protocol and Report number
• Support internal audit program
• Support indirect material supplier management program
• Responsible for TH Administration of Symphony System – Global Change Control (GCC) / Investigation (INV) / CAPA modules, and support the effectively implementation at the site and on time closure as defined target date.
• Drive cross functional team consistently to Ontime completion with KPI green scorecard
• Training Tru, CW and Symphony system (GCC, INV, CAPA) system to all related users
• System trouble shooting and system upgrade deployment
• Lead SOP Periodic review monthly to ensure all SOPs complied with current practices
• Support internal audit program and consolidate AAP corrective action evidences to ensure all corrective action evidences are received
• Support indirect material supplier management program
• Responsible for maintain Q&C Organization and Training Matrix and keep up-to-date

What we are looking for

• Bachelors degree in Science
• Experience in Q&C or related fields
• QA exposure to quality standard eg.ISO, GMP will be desirable.
• Good knowledge of GMP and/or equivalent Quality Assurance Systems (eg. ISO 9001).
• Good coordination and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of written and spoken English together with computer literacy.
