What You Will Do 

Regional eContent & design Lead is a professional responsible for overseeing all online content-related initiatives across multiple platforms within an online retail setting (written, visual and videos).

Their role is pivotal in managing the creation, editing & updating eCommerce assets, their core objective is engaging online shopper, maximize traffic & conversion through enhancing the online experience of the brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop eContent strategy aligned with eCommerce strategy.
  • Evolve personalized online shopping experience for kenvue brands to maximize conversion
  • Create and publish engaging content A+ & Premium
  • Deploy AI-driven product recommendations & Introduce AR tools for virtual try-ons
  • Localize global brand content to meet market & customer needs
  • Define eContent gaps at country & platform level & work with eCommerce leads, marketing and agency to close content Gaps
  • Elevate content scoring in digital shelf to meet monthly targets
  • Lead moderate & update content management systems & tools.
  • Develop a seasonal content calendar & programs and ensure the team is aligned with the plan.
  • Stay up to date with industry developments and generate innovative ideas to captivate the audience’s attention.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for successful NPIs, new product launches and promotions.
  • Regularly review and optimize content based on analytics data and customer feedback.

What We Are Looking For

Required Qualifications / skills

  • +4 Years experience in content creation visual / written.
  • Design management background is preferred
  • Strong leadership & managerial skills is recommended  
  • Previous experience in multinational agency or FMCG company

Desired Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in, digital marketing, art, design or any related degree.
  • Highly creative digital mindset
  • Ability to work within a diverse (culturally, functionally & geographically) environment.
  • Communication Skills – Strong written and oral communication skills and presentation skills
  • Collaborative team player, with strong influence on stakeholders
