We are seeking a bold and entrepreneurial Senior Marketing Manager to lead Johnson’s Baby Global innovation agenda. Based in Singapore, this role is about building the future of our portfolio from the ground up — spotting opportunities and successfully commercializing new ideas globally.
Key Responsibilities:
Innovation Leadership – Define brand architecture, identify whitespace opportunities, and lead the innovation pipeline from ideation through development
Cross-Functional Collaboration – Partner with R&D, supply chain, packaging, design, and commercial teams to craft growth strategies rooted in consumer, category, and competitive insights.
Consumer-Centric Decision Making – Champion an outside-in perspective, leveraging data, trends, and foresight to ensure brand relevance and long-term growth.
Market Collaboration – Upstream Ideation to Incubation– Partner with lead markets for insights to GTM
Agility & Experimentation – Foster a test‑and‑learn culture, piloting new ideas quickly and iterating based on consumer feedback
Required Qualifications
10+ years of progressive experience in marketing, innovation, or product development.
Proven success in launching and scaling new products with measurable business impact
Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment across functions
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex business data and scenarios and forecast potential outcomes
Exceptional communication and presentation abilities
Direct experience engaging with customers through sales or sales management.
Postgraduate degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
