This position reports into Head of Customer Development and is based at Hong Kong.

What You Will Do Key Responsibilities
- Lead GT sales representative to develop sales strategies, objectives and action plans to achieve distribution, display and sales objectives within the agreed cost levels.
- Oversee the formulation of the Annual Sales Plan and develop specific account annual activities for both direct sales & distributor sales to maximize coverage, sales, display and distribution objectives towards the achievement of the mutually agreed targets.
- In charge of personal development of General Trade teammates and ensure their engagement & motivation through coaching and day-to-day support.
- Plan and implement agreed growth targets for volume/value with the nominated customers and distributors, Monitor and maximize the return on trade investment budgets
- Negotiation on trade terms, maintain & build long-term relationship with customers.
- Think out of the box to drive the market momentum & synergy with customer.
- Effective involvement and close communication with internal stakeholder include Customer Marketing, finance , supply chain functions/ supporting team have synergy on all activities.
- Control trade spending and maximize business opportunities to ensure product presence at shop front is satisfactory.
- Align pricing and promotion plans within team to minimize channel conflict.
- Execution excellent on planned promotion strategy and brand element among in store level.
- Work closely with the merchandising team towards the achievement of specific merchandising and in-store promotional objectives for the responsible accounts.
What We Are Looking For Required Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business or related disciplines
- 9+ years of experience in sales management with at least 2 years experience as people leader, experience with General Trade is definitely an advantage
- Knowledge in supply planning and inventory management an advantage.
- Evidence of success in negotiations or management with key customers.
- Out-going, motivated, proactive and team player with good working attitudes.
- High-energy with exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Strong effectiveness, results oriented and analytical skills
- Strong ability to plan and adapt to changing environment
- Willing to learn and able to work under pressure
