What will you

What you will do 

The Sr. Manager, Operations Learning, APAC is responsible for consulting with senior management to identify upskilling needs, approving and directing the creation or acquisition and delivery of training programs, overseeing improvements to training events, programs and materials, and managing the design and implementation of highly effective, results-driven learning and development strategies. This role will serve as a Learning & Development champion and advocate for the Learning function and through engagement, partnership, and building trust and credibility with leadership and the broader organization while tracking and communicating value creation and impact of Operations Learning.

Key Responsibilities

·         Execute the regional strategy for upskilling Operations capabilities in APAC that will drive impact and growth for the business and development for employees.

·         Deliver recommendations on the most effective and efficient ways to upskill Operations organizations. 

·         Collaborate and influence APAC Operations business leaders to deliver best in class learning experiences.

·         Recommend learning solutions at scale that are aligned to APAC business strategies.

·         Develop learning strategies that are adaptable across multiple functions and shared across multiple regions.

·         Collaborate with Learning at Kenvue training being developed for new technologies aligned with strategic skills development and new digital strategies.

·         Partner with leadership to develop and deploy post-learning analysis and measurement/survey reviews to determine if further action is required to deepen learning experience and impact.

·         Align with Learning at Kenvue to identify future focused learning technology and interventions.

·         Continue the focus on a learning governance strategy to ensure learning content and solutions are in line with business needs.

·         Create future focused measurement strategies linked to business KPIs.

·         Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in learning and development to continuously improve the effectiveness of the organization's learning programs.

·         Build close partnerships with stakeholders to understand regional nuances and ensure an agile approach to learning in a complex environment.

·         Oversee the APAC Kenvue Quality and Compliance upskilling initiatives.

 

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications

·         Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Education, Human Resources, Business, or related field

·         Minimum of 8years of work experience, with at least 5 years in learning and development and/or Supply Chain/Operations and 3 years in a leadership role

·         Proven experience in developing and implementing successful learning strategies that drive business results.

·         Strong understanding of adult learning principles and various learning methodologies.

·         Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization and creating impact through communication, verbally, in writing and through presentations, reports and dashboards.

·         Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

·         Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms.

·         Strong leadership and collaboration skills with the ability to create impact with cross-functional teams.

·         Experience translating strategy into tangible execution.

·         Success interacting with multiple stakeholders simultaneously and self-managing priorities with competing demands, especially with teams across units and geographies, adjusting style where appropriate.

·         Ability to quickly understand and navigate organizational nuances and needs to drive impact.

·         Ability to deliver results in a complex environment and interact across multiple levels of organization, up to executive level, and lead discussions without line authority to build alignment with other leaders.

·         Driven results through ambiguity and ongoing organizational change while acting as a change agent and adapting quickly to changing business and organizational dynamics, solving with courage to shape to build new ways of working.

 

Desired qualifications:

·         Bachelors Degree in Education, Business or equivalent

·         Certification in learning and development (e.g., CPLP, CPTD)

·         Experience in a GMP or regulated environment (Pharmaceutical, Medical Device, OTC)
