About the role

Currently we are looking for a Finance Manager Supply Chain EMEA to join the EMEA Supply Chain Finance organization based in Prague.

The role will primarily support the EMEA Franchise Supply Chain organization to facilitate sustainable profitable growth. The position relies on building meaningful business partnerships by providing end-to-end financial leadership, strategic support and business case evaluation and prioritization. This includes defining and delivering cost efficiencies & evaluation and implementation of NPI opportunities.

They will work closely with other departments and stakeholders to ensure that cost, risk, and efficiency are managed effectively across the entire supply chain. This role requires an individual who can communicate effectively and make strategic decisions that drive business growth.

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide financial insights to the Supply Chain Franchise team to enable sound investment decisions,  and support the team implementing sustainable cost savings opportunities.
  • Review, control and provide financial guidance in operating expenses and sustainable cost improvement projects
  • Present monthly and quarterly performance with insights to business partners and the broader finance team, and provide quarterly forecast updates, articulating risks and opportunities and associated action plans.
  • Provide financial leadership to the Belgian Sourcing company
  • Tracking project execution ensuring presented plans are coming through as expected
  • Hold the franchise team accountable for maintaining the highest standards of compliance.
  • Participate in other special projects as needed

Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree with preferably with a major in Accounting or Finance. MBA and/or CPA preferred.
  • Fluency in English
     

Required:

  • 5+ years of dynamic finance experience across a broad range of finance functions
  • Consistent record educating and influencing senior management to deliver outstanding business results in a complex and fast-paced matrix environment
  • Strong leadership to drive results, change and improve performance with a hands-on attitude
  • Strong communication skills to educate and influence a broad range of business partners including senior management
  • Ability to clearly articulate complex issues
  • Ability to zoom in and out - big picture strategic thinking to challenge status quo, as well as process-oriented tactical plans to execute
  • Supply chain finance experience is strongly preferred
  • Experience with digital tools is a plus
