What will you

Fixed Term Contract - 12 months

The TA Specialist will primarily support the identification, engagement, and coordination of professional talent to meet Kenvue’s hiring needs. This role will focus on proactive sourcing, candidate outreach, and end‑to‑end interview scheduling, ensuring a smooth, well-organized, and positive candidate and hiring manager experience. Leveraging strong market knowledge, digital sourcing tools, and operational excellence, the Talent Partner will help build diverse talent pipelines and support efficient hiring delivery across the business.

Key responsibilities:

  • Proactively source, identify, and engage external and internal talent using a variety of digital platforms, job boards, social media, and talent networks.
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines aligned to current and future hiring needs, with a focus on diverse and critical skill pools across South East Asia
  • Manage candidate coordination and scheduling across all stages of the interview process, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers.
  • Partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and interviewers to align on role requirements, availability, and interview logistics.
  • Ensure accurate candidate tracking, interview status updates, and timely communications through the applicant tracking system.
  • Support the delivery of a best‑in‑class candidate experience through clear communication, timely follow‑ups, and professional representation of the company.
  • Utilize recruiting data, market insights, and sourcing metrics to continuously improve sourcing effectiveness and pipeline health.
  • Act as a professional representative of Kenvue in the talent market by maintaining strong connections within the recruiting and sourcing community

What we are looking for  

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of recruiting or sourcing experience, with strong exposure to candidate sourcing and interview coordination.
  • Proven experience managing multiple roles and high‑volume scheduling in a fast‑paced, matrixed environment.
  • Strong knowledge of modern sourcing tools, recruiting technologies, and digital platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, talent databases).
  • Demonstrated ability to source and engage diverse talent pools effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), with strong organizational and stakeholder coordination capabilities.
  • High attention to detail, ability to manage competing priorities, and strong operational discipline.
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems (Workday Recruit or similar) and Microsoft tools such as Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • FMCG recruiting background or experience within an agency, search firm, or corporate environment preferred.
