What you will do

You will support technical activities related to the development and optimization of cosmetic manufacturing processes, gaining hands-on experience in laboratory and pilot-scale operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute laboratory and pilot-scale batches to support product development and process optimization.
• Design and improve mixing processes for liquid cosmetic products, including cost-reduction projects at the manufacturing site level.
• Assist with product transfers between production sites.
• Provide technical support for plant operations, including investigations and troubleshooting.
• Participate in projects aimed at reducing cleaning events through targeted testing (e.g., olfactory and visual/appearance tests).
• Perform basic statistical data analysis and accelerated stability testing.
• Prepare technical documentation, including evaluations and stability reports.

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications

• Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field (or currently enrolled in such program with a focus in Cosmetics).
• Basic knowledge of laboratory techniques and safety procedures.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.

Desired Qualifications

• Previous experience in laboratory or manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of cosmetic formulation processes.
• Familiarity with statistical analysis tools.
