What you will do

The Executive Recruiter is responsible for managing the recruitment process from start to finish, developing and coaching recruiting senior leadership roles, ensuring compliance with regulations, and maintaining a network of contacts to identify qualified candidates:  

Key Responsibilities 

  • Develop and implement innovative recruitment sourcing strategies to attract top executive talent 

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and create tailored recruitment plans 

  • Understand the business strategy, its talent pipeline, and guide the overall aligned talent strategy to deliver on the executive recruiting strategy and talent needs 

  • Lead and execute senior talent market surveys to identify potential external successors for key executive positions 

  • Utilize advanced sourcing techniques to identify and engage with passive candidates 

  • Lead the candidate evaluation process, including conducting in-depth interviews and assessments 

  • Provide strategic guidance on best practices and market trends 

  • Act as a strategic talent advisor by establishing collaborative relationships with business leaders to drive recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals 

  • Develop a deep understanding of the company's short and long-term objectives to effectively attract top talent 

  • Represent the organization as a respected professional within the talent acquisition community 

  • Enhance candidate experience by providing guidance throughout the recruitment process 

  • Implement an agile and iterative recruitment approach to adapt to changing business needs 

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for internal clients to ensure a seamless hiring experience 

  • Utilize data, technology, and operational metrics  

  • Utilize internal and external digital platforms to develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies 

What we are looking for 

Required Qualifications 

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in executive recruiting  

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in global executive search firms 

  • University/Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a related field 

  • Proven track record of successfully recruiting senior-level executives 

  • Strong experience in sourcing/research strategies  

  • Proven ability to engage and support leadership stakeholders  

  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate and advise on complex compensation packages 

  • Excellent talent assessment and interview skills  

  • Strong business acumen with a thirst for business knowledge  

 

Desired Qualifications 

  • Experience in consumer products companies or consumer practice preferred 

  • Knowledge of emerging technologies impacting the recruitment industry and their implications on executive recruiting 

  • Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal) to effectively influence stakeholders 

  • Strong project management, analytical, and critical thinking skills with meticulous attention to detail 

  • Proficiency in assessment and interviewing techniques with a solid understanding of selection methodologies 

  • Familiarity with HR recruitment practices including compensation, global mobility, employment law, and sourcing strategies 

 

  

What’s in it for you

Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges:

$124,100.00 - $175,200.00

This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate’s skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.
