Senior External Manufacturing Manager

Asia Pacific, Australia, New South Wales, Sydney

What you will do

The scope of key responsibilities include:

• Measuring and Improving EHS&S deliverables, Supply performance in Customer service, plan attainments; quality metrics
• Lead, and or works with internal cross functional team to ensure timely execution of projects/purchase orders. Drive new product launches at EM to meet required planned launch
• Project management of products or compliance related initiatives at EM sites
• Relationship management of EM’s and ensure they comply with all Kenvue standards (including EHS & Quality)
• Analyses and solves compliance and delivery issues. Reports problems to manager
• Drive Process, Cost improvements Initiatives to achieve target for EM
• Compiles and publishes external manufacturing monthly reports for Pacific. Updates Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly databases and files as required
• Maintains thorough and timely communications with suppliers and stakeholders through regular teleconferences, emails, site visits or other suitable means
• Assists in process of vendor evaluation and roll out any regional EM programs as required

What We Are Looking For

• Bachelor degree -Science, Engineering or similar
• GMP, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Project management background
• Minimum of 5 Years experience in related/similar role
