HybridWhat you will do
The FP&A Finance community based in Prague has an opening for a finance analyst supporting the Supply Chain Consumer Business in the Regional Supply Chain team. The EMEA Regional SC FP&A team reports directly into the Global SC FP&A team, based in US. This role will have responsibility for providing financial planning and analytics support for the regional BUF teams in the Supply Chain Organization and will be a key member of projects for Global SC FP&A initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full ownership of all FP&A activities for Planning, BvA, submission of budgets in system.
- Support appropriate standardization of FP&A activities as well as the identification and evaluation of opportunities to refine and improve process and reporting standards.
- Support the Regional Business Unit Finance (BUF) team by providing all financial analytics/ insights enabling delivery of financial plans and forecasts, including review/support of stronghold P&L
- Full ownership of overheads reporting, including review of budget with teams, drive insights and improvements
- Manage and track inflation, creating insights and connecting to the financial numbers
- Support with the deck
- Ability to work under deadlines and flex last minute changes
- A hands-on teammate with strong interpersonal and communication skills
This role is a key member of the EMEA Supply Chain FP&A COE Team, so applicants must be collaborative in style, open to change and always seeking to improve the way things are achieved, applying a forward-thinking analytical attitude.
Qualifications
To be part of this high performing team you will have great attention to detail, alongside:
- Bachelor degree, or newly qualified accountant or an international qualified accountant equivalent preferred, with a minimum of 3-4 years financial experience.
- This position requires a highly motivated individual with strong intellectual curiosity, analytical, and interpersonal skills;
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required (i.e. Pivot Tables, Formulas, VLOOKUP functions); with the desire to learn more advance data analytic tools.
- Ideally prior working knowledge of uploading financial data in systems
- Strong agility and innovation mentality
- Ability to influence all levels of the organization and to engage across a broad range of business partners and functions
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to flex interpersonal style appropriate to different levels and stakeholders
- Passion and understanding of FP&A and Finance Systems
- Self-motivated and keen to grow and develop
- SC experience preferred but not essential
