Finance Data Process – Global Reporting & Analytics

WHAT YOU WILL DO

· Design and Implement BI Projects: Design architectures, model data, test new features, and meticulously document processes to ensure seamless BI project delivery.

· Global Collaboration: Work within a global matrixed environment to define data structures for financial reports and lead their implementation, ensuring consistency and accuracy across regions.

· Develop Advanced Analytics Tools: Create and deploy advanced analytics tools to facilitate a self-service approach, empowering teams with actionable insights.

· Enhance FP&A Processes: Drive improvements in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) processes by eliminating non-value-added activities, enhancing efficiency, and leveraging data and tools to generate value.

· Support Systems Implementation: Assist in the implementation of new systems by testing and deploying changes to the current FP&A environment, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption.

WHAT WE EXPECT OF YOU

Basic Qualifications:

· Completed bachelor’s degree (minimum).

· Previous experience in Data & Finance.

· SQL Knowledge (foundation/queries)

· BI Projects (gathering user requirements / designing architecture / data modeling / testing / documentation)

· Advanced/fluent skills in English are essential (presentations, listening and written).

· Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Self-starter mentality, proactive, with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

· The ability to identify, recommend, implement process improvements and automation opportunities.

· Ability to manage large datasets, meet deadlines, and present complex ideas clearly.

· Strong initiative with a can-do attitude, always ready to take on new challenges.
