What you will do

What will you do?

This position will play a critical role in the overall delivery of cash flow improvement initiatives for Kenvue by driving inventory optimization across each region, including actuals trends & projections, shaping action plans to close gaps to goals in the short term, and activating improvement initiatives to evolve the structure of our supply chain to achieve benchmark goals against our competitive set in the long term. This position will also provide decision making support to Senior Leadership and will play an important role in all financial close and forecast cycles.

The successful candidate will be a proactive, independent worker that can deliver outstanding results by pivoting seamlessly from the details to the big picture, creating and building upon existing processes, partnering with cross-functional leaders to shape deliverables through facts & with analytics. A process-oriented and innovation mindset coupled with excellent communication & framing skills will also be critical to the success of this individual. This role requires interaction with numerous stakeholders in a highly dynamic organization.

Key responsibilities for this role will include, but not be limited to, the following activities:

· Bringing forward insights on monthly actuals with reporting & analytics

· Partnering on monthly inventory projections (including enabling increased accuracy & transparency into assumptions)

· Shaping inventory glidepaths to achieve quarterly, year-end and long-term goals

· Activating excess inventory & SLOB risk management best practices

· Coaching and developing a team of analysts

· Supporting special projects

Qualifications: Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Required:

· Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business  

· Strong financial acumen and a compliance mindset

· Ability to adapt and lead in a changing and matrixed environment 

· Analytical and problem-solving skills; including proficiency in SAP, OneStream, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint, as well as experience with tools like Alteryx, Power BI and Tableau to automate work

· Excellent communication, interpersonal and shaping skills (including ability to interact with all levels of management within and outside of finance)

· Self-motivated with an ability to drive business results independently

· Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize work

· Prior experience developing and coaching high performing teams

· Extensive and progressive finance experience

Desired:

· An MBA, CPA, CMA, or other financial certifications are preferred

· Experience in Supply Chain and Consumer Products industries as well as Public Accounting
