What You Will Do
 

The Finance Manager, Global Procurement is a central, highly visible role within Kenvue’s Procurement Finance team. This position is the primary coordinator and integrator of global procurement financial performance, relied upon by regional finance teams and global procurement leadership.

You will lead the global consolidation and orchestration of procurement financial results across actuals, forecasts, budgets, and long-range financial plans, ensuring transparency, consistency, and actionable insights across more than $8B of third‑party spend.
 

In addition, this role owns and drives global technology and process transformation initiatives, standardizing, automating, and digitizing procurement finance processes and reporting. You will also play a critical role in elevating analytical capabilities, transforming large and complex datasets into insights that directly enable value creation, performance management, and strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
 

Global Financial Leadership & Consolidation

· Lead the global consolidation of procurement financial performance, including monthly actuals, quarterly forecasts, annual budgets, and long-range financial modelling.

· Ensure consistency, accuracy, and transparency of procurement financials across regions, and categories. Act as the point of coordination and for global procurement finance deliverables to senior finance and procurement leadership.
 

Business Planning & Process Orchestration

· Orchestrate key global business planning processes across regional procurement finance teams. Define and drive alignment on timelines, templates, standards, and governance to ensure high-quality, on-time global deliverables.

· Partner closely with global and regional procurement leaders to ensure financial plans reflect category strategies, savings roadmaps, and investments.
 

Performance Management & Insights

· Drive incremental visibility and performance management across key procurement metrics, including savings, PPV, inflation / deflation, strategic investments and other cost variables.

· Translate complex global datasets into clear, actionable insights for leadership decision-making.

· Continuously elevate analytical depth and storytelling to improve how insights are consumed and acted upon.

Technology, Automation & Process Excellence

· Lead ongoing and future technology initiatives to standardize, automate, and digitize procurement finance processes and reporting.

· Partner with finance systems, digital, and procurement teams to improve data quality, scalability, and efficiency.

· Champion continuous improvement, simplifying processes and reducing manual effort across the global team while enhancing .

Leadership & Team Development

· Manage, coach, and develop a team of four finance professionals.

· Foster a high-performance, collaborative team culture focused on accountability, continuous improvement, and talent development.

· Act as a role model for cross-functional collaboration and global ways of working.

What We Are Looking For

Required Qualifications & Capabilities

· A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required preferably a major in Accounting or Finance

· A CPA, CMA, or other financial certifications are preferred

· Extensive finance experience across a broad range of finance functions. Supply Chain Finance and/or Procurement Finance is a plus.

· Fluency in English.

· Demonstrated people leadership experience, ability to motivate and manage a team with a passion for coaching and developing talent.

· Strong financial analysis and modeling skills, with proficiency in Excel and other financial software. Experience with using PowerBI, Alteryx, Knime, SQL is a plus.

· Experience leading or heavily involved in process improvement, automation, or finance technology initiatives.

· Strong analytical and modeling skills, with the ability to translate data into insights and recommendations.

· Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, matrixed and evolving environment with multiple priorities and tight timelines.
